Plant-based FROZEN yogurt&berries BARS 🫐
For the granola base:
1/3 cup peanut butter
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp applesauce
1 tbsp oat milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups oats
pinch of salt
For the yogurt base:
1 1/2 cups plant-based yogurt(I used cashew yogurt)
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 cup stewed berries
In bowl combine the peanut butter, applesauce, maple syrup, oat milk, oats, vanilla extract, and salt to make the granola mixture.
Line a baking dish with parchment paper and flatten the granola mixture into it.
In another bowl mix the plant-based yogurt and maple syrup and add it on top of the granola base.
Stew your berries(place the cup of frozen berries in a small saucepan on medium-low heat, stirring occasionally so fruits and begin to thaw and release their juice)and add them on top of the yogurt base. Create some art with a fork or knife and once ready place the pan in freezer for 2 hours. When removed from the freezer, cut into squares or any bar size you like!!Let thaw for a few minutes before enjoying and voila🫐So healthy,delicious,vibrant and nutritious!!
