Double Choc Vegan Cookies

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups oat flour
1/4 cup of coconut flour or any flour you like
1/4 cup canned coconut milk
1/2 cup of coconut oil (not melted)
1 cup of coconut sugar or monk fruit which is super healthy and delicious!!
Half a ripe banana
1/2 cup of chocolate chips
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsps vanilla
Pinch of salt
1/4 cup of coconut flour or any flour you like

DIRECTIONS:
Mix all the dry ingredients in one bowl and all the wet ingredients in another bowl (except the chocolate chips). Once everything is mixed separately, mix everything together in a bowl until well integrated. Add the chocolate chips and place mixture in the fridge for 15 minutes for the dough set appropriately. After 15 minutes remove from the fridge, shape and bake at 375 ° F for 15-20 minutes. Remove from the oven, let cool and enjoy with your fav nut milk!!
