Avocado Nuggets

INGREDIENTS:
2 large avocados(ripe but firm)
For the DRY Mix:
½ cup almond flour
½ cup bread crumbs
½ tsp Paprika
½ tsp Salt
For the WET Mix:
½ cup gluten free flour
½ cup almond milk or any nut milk
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 475f. Add all of the ingredients for the dry mix into a small bowl and mix well.Next, add all the wet ingredients to a different bowl and mix well too!!
Cut each Avocado the way you like the most and remove the skin.Dunk each Avocado slice into the wet mix, let the excess drip off, and then place it into the dry mix and coat evenly.
Once coated place all the avocado slices on a lined baking tray and cook for 15 minutes and voila!! Dip in chipotle mayonnaise or your fav sauce and enjoy!! 🥑
