- 2 cups cashews soaked overnight
- 1 cup almond milk(or any other milk of your choice)
- 1/2 cup maple syrup or coconut sugar
- Splash of vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup vegan white chocolate(or any kind of white chocolate)
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 2 hands full of ice
Blend all ingredients together until creamy texture. Add some peanut butter to make it even sweeter and tastier and any other topping of your choice. Put in the freezer for ten minutes and ready to enjoy!!
