- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp agave or maple syrup
- Dark or white melted vegan chocolate
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix until uniform texture. Once its well mixed prepare a tray with an oven paper(even if we are not going to use the oven)and arrange the cookies. Melt vegan white or dark chocolate morsels and drizzle your cookies. Place in fridge for at least an hour(I leave them the whole night). Finally get a glass, pour your almond milk and get ready to enjoy!!
