- 1 13 oz canned coconut milk
- A handful of cashews
- 2 tsp vainilla extract
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
- 2 tbsp vegan chocolate morsels
Place all ingredients in blender except the chocolate morsels (they will be added at the end). Blend until they have a liquid texture and at the end add morsels and blend again for 5 seconds. Place the mixture in the pops molds and freeze for more than 4 hours.
If you want to make them fruity you just have to replace the cashews for a handful of the fruit you like and don’t use the chocolate and vainilla. The rest of the process will be the same for the rest of the recipe!! Hope you enjoy them 😉
