- 1 1/2 cups dates
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 cup coconut shreds
- 1 cup rolled oats
Sprinkle everything on top of dates. Chop the dates mixing everything in while you chop. You will get dirty but it is actually really fun!! If you prefer combine all ingredients in a food processor and mix them together. Sometimes it is too sticky because the dates have more juice so just sprinkle a little bit more coconut and sugar until desired texture.
