- 1 cup of lentils
- 2 cups of water
- 5-6 brussels sprouts
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp curry paste (or powder)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Place lentils in a pot and bring to boil. When it boils reduce heat and let stir until water is almost over. Let it cool down for 10 minutes.
In another pot bring brussels sprouts to boil and cook for another 10 minutes. Remove water and let them cool.
Place lentils and brussels sprouts in a pan with the coconut oil. Add the curry and the ginger while mixing everything. Once everything is mixed and served add the sesame oil as final dressing and ENJOY!!
