- 1 cup almonds (soaked overnight and drained)
- 3 cups water
- 1 splash of vainilla
Once you soaked the almonds overnight and drained them(I always used this same water I drained for flavor purposes; then I complete the rest of the 3 water cups) place them in blender with the water and a splash of vainilla. Blend until desired consistency. If your blender is not powerful enough I suggest you strain the milk. You can add coconut water if you want to make coconut almond milk, or more vainilla, or cinnamon… Try and create different flavors, they will all be delicious!!
It lasts 2 to 3 days in the refrigerator, 3 to 4 if you add cinnamon and remember to always keep it in a glass bottle for better conservation!
