- 1 cup GF(or not) instant oats
- 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup agave nectar
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate morsels
Mix the first 5 ingredients in a bowl; then mix the following ingredients in another bowl.
Once they are well combined pour the mix in the first bowl. When they are all together whisk until everything is incorporated; let it chill for 20 minutes. Finally preheat oven to 325 and give shape to the cookies. Bake for 15 minutes and let them cook down!! Do not over bake so they are chewy.
